The Construction industry has been my entire life. My Father and Uncle ran a construction business in rural Aviston, IL. In 1986 upon graduation, I became a full time employee of Billhartz Construction and continued in that capacity until 1999 when I became owner. I continued the heritage of the family business of building quality custom homes until 2020. As I continued my career, it brought me to the local lumber company as an outside sales rep. Here is where I learned the needs and wants of contractors and homeowners. When the opportunity at MWAD arose, I believed in the principles and value that MWAD has to offer. In my 40+ years in the residential housing market, I nor my clients were never really educated or given options on windows and door purchases. In today's marketplace, clients deserve to be educated and given as many options that are available in all types of windows and doors, whether it be vinyl, composite, fiberglass, wood, aluminum-clad, aluminum and steel. MWAD's lineup of suppliers, gives buyers the opportunity to find the right product for their needs and wants, no matter the application.

I have 25+ years of experience in the lumber yard from a sales and estimating perspective. I have always strived to give the customers what they want while providing great customer service. I joined MWAD because I believe we give the customer back the power on what they want and need with their window and door purchases, not what a lumber yard or distributor only sells. We can help customers achieve the house of their dreams by guiding them in selecting the perfect window and door package that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal.

This year I'm celebrating my 30th year of selling windows and doors in the St. Louis market. I have had the great opportunity to work with many local general contractors and architects, as well as hundreds of home owners. I am honored to come from a storied St. Louis construction family, having received my first "referral" in 1994 into the window and door sales by my own father. I have strived to provide the same level of expertise and excellence he instilled in me from a very young age. It is my ultimate goal to offer all customers the best options to meet their needs and budget, while delivering uncompromised quality and superior customer service.
